About the video

I explain why suspects in the drug operations carried out in recent days defend themselves by saying “I am not a dealer, I am a user”, and whether using drugs is a crime.

Using drugs is also a crime in itself. Indeed, buying, possessing and receiving drugs for the purpose of use are crimes too. However, because the penalty for selling drugs is very heavy, people caught with drugs usually defend themselves by saying that they are users.

I explain all these details briefly in the video.
