  • Extradition proceedings before the Turkish courts, under Law No. 6706 on International Judicial Cooperation in Criminal Matters and the European Convention on Extradition.
  • Mutual legal assistance requests to and from Türkiye.
  • Questions concerning INTERPOL notices, including requests to the Commission for the Control of INTERPOL’s Files.
  • Work with defence counsel abroad in cases that have a Turkish element.
