In the second part of the topic of proof in criminal procedure, within the Criminal Law Panels (Ceza Hukuku Panelleri) series, the ordinary course of life as a means of proof and prohibited interrogation methods in the context of statement-taking and questioning were addressed. On unlawfully obtained evidence, the Court of Cassation’s “Indian hemp”, “bathrobe”, “Kalashnikov” and “counterfeit rakı” decisions, the case law of the Constitutional Court and the Gäfgen judgment of the European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR) were assessed.
