Criminal procedure aims to reach the material truth. But can anything be used as evidence for the sake of this aim? • Can recordings obtained unlawfully be used?
• Can every audio recording be submitted to the court? • Are there legal limits to obtaining evidence as well? I explain this briefly and clearly in this video.
