This video contains my presentation at an event held by the students of the Order and Justice Club (Nizam ve Adalet Klübü), established at Erciyes University Faculty of Law. It covers the bill amending the Law on the Execution of Sentences and Security Measures, in short the “special amnesty” arrangement, and the amendment to the Enforcement Regulation on “restricting lawyers’ meetings with their clients”.
