Abstract

This work was written in Turkish. The summary on this page is a translation; the citation gives the original title in parentheses.

With the development of societies and the growing complexity of social relations, the concept of crime, which has existed throughout human history, has also gradually changed and acquired various dimensions. In the light of the complex commercial relations and organisational principles of the capitalist economy, today’s concept of criminality and the methods of committing crime have changed in parallel, and as a result “organised crime” has emerged.
