Ayşem Kulaksız works with a special focus on Corporate Law, Labor Law and Commercial Law. In this respect, she has been providing legal support to her foreign clients investing in Turkey in relation to establishment of a company and provision of administrative permissions or licenses necessary for their businesses. Also after the completion of the establishment, she has been providing legal counseling regarding the daily business of her clients. In addition to these, Ms. Kulaksız has been representing a number of foreign and local clients in their commercial disputes with a special emphasis on their Labor Law problems where she has massive experience. Moreover, Ms. Kulaksız, involved in litigation regarding Administrative Law and Public Procurement Law and represents her clients before administrative authorities.
